Quality management is not only about product and service quality, but also the process to achieve it. Quality management, therefore, uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality.
The Hungarian National Committee of European Organization for Quality's aim is to encourage entrepreneurs in the small and medium enterprises sector, to enhance their management practices in the field of quality innovations.
